Some people are busy and want to enjoy the holidays, apartments and villas to be their primary choice. In addition to practical, these two types of places are usually located close to your needs, such as access to tourist attractions and entertainment or even shopping centers.
In order to hel you decide, I will share traveling tip before you’re making a reservation.
1. Determine your residency
If you stay a few days in town, drop your intention to rent a villa or apartment and choose a comfortable hotel. Short-term rental accommodations perfect for less than a week.
2. Perfect Plan
Before you book a room, find the complete data about the facilities available at the villa or apartment. Whether it’s address, phone number, a decent restaurant to capacity room before doing down payment.
3. Book as soon as possible
To avoid competition with other business people, we encourage you to book a villa or apartment as soon as possible with affordable price and location.
4. Consider writing as little as possible
Though seem trivial, small writings on any contract you should consider in detail. It aims to prevent any misunderstanding between you and the villas and apartments.
5. Transportation
Check the availability of transportation provided or easily rented. Find information about the rental price and your goals.
